Refunds & Exchanges Policy

We kindly request that all customers advise us by email that you are wishing to return a magazine or exchange an issue at .

Please include your full contact details, your original order number and state the reason you wish to return or exchange your magazine.

If your magazine is damaged during delivery, faulty or of the wrong contents, Femme Country Magazine will pay the costs of the return or send out an exchange and pay the costs of the delivery.

If your refund is accepted we will refund the amount you paid for the products, by the method you used for the original payment. This does not include postage costs. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible.

Subscription Terms & Conditions

By joining Femme Country as an Annual Subscriber, your subscription will be renewed automatically and payment will be taken from your bank. Should you want to unsubscribe then you will need to contact your bank branch directly to cancel your payment details. Once cancelled your Annual Subscription will be terminated immediately. If your Subscription is cancelled mid-year, you will not be refunded but you will still receive the copies to complete your Annual Subscription for the year.

Your Annual Subscription is non-transferable. If you are purchasing the Annual Subscription for a friend, member of family etc, the order must be under the subscriber’s full name and address. Magazines will then be sent solely to the individual on the subscription order form.

It is the responsibility of the Subscriber to notify Femme Country Magazine of any amendments and changes to an Annual Subscription. For example home address, mobile number and email address. To do this contact Femme Country Magazine by emailing or telephoning +44 (0) 7557 809818

If a change of address has not been notified to Femme Country Magazine and the next seasonal issue has been dispatched, then postage charges will apply for re-direction.

If you are purchasing any back copy or individual issue alongside an Annual Subscription, you will need to make two separate orders otherwise you will be charged for the full amount on renewal. It is the responsibility of the customers to process this in two separate orders. Femme Country Magazine will not refund a customer if this occurs.
